vacation pics






Vacation

I went on vacation for 3 weeks. The whole time I am gone I think of ways to stay strong on my diet. Thankfully my cousin is all about low carb and healthy eating, she made some yummy food while I was with her. By the second week I am at my aunts house and I start to think of no this will not be good. I made sure to start walking every night. Then it turned into running. I was running a little over a mile 3 nights a week. once back at my cousins house I started running in the morning and stayed at the mile long runs. I was really nice.

Sad to say I did gain 7lbs back, but after being home 1 week I lost all that 7lbs and I am back to low carb/ calorie counting and the gym.  It was a nice brake but just so glad to be back into my normal weight loss mode.

I did see my uncle who does natural medince, well my liver in enlarged, my kidneyes are not working right and well that effects your thyroid. So I am working hard to detox my body and get everything back to working order.

you lose 100lbs and it seems like when  you're body is no longer fighting obesity then other problems come up. but thankfully I am still way better off now then I was at 330lbs.

I look forward to my next 10lb weight loss.
