I did it!

I am now certified to teach spin. It was a great class. A lot of book work, there is a lot that goes into teaching a indoor cycle class. I am excited and can't wait to get hired and start helping others lose weight.

spin instrutor

This sunday is a big day. I am taking the spin certification class. It is from 8am-6pm. Nervous about the class but excited about what doors this will open up for me. I really want to help people who are struggling with weight.

I think after i do this I will be really focusing on just helping others who have been 300lbs and just need the help to lose the weight. I know for me the last thing I wanted to hear was how easy it is to lose weight from a person who has never even been over weight or know what it is like.  So now the chance comes to really try to help others and I am excited about it. I will be looking into getting certified to teach a biggest loser program that targets and helps obese people too.

And in between all of this , I have to find the time to train for my triathlon I am doing may 2013. long hours at the gym and hopefully I can find a job as a spin teacher ASAP.

Great blog


I been following this new great blog. Make fat cry. It made by a really great friend April, she has lost 100lbs and is really just a amazing. Love her.  When I work out with her she keeps me going and makes me want to push my self so much more. She is a great person to motivate you and to keep you going.

Just push though....

I find my self always saying just push though it.  Doing a boot camp class on Monday I was tired and we were back on box jumps and the instrutor came by and said if you are tired just do toe taps, I said that is not a choice I need to just push though it.

My body will be in pain from all the working out and I tell my self just push though it, you are almost done, just one more day.

Always remember just push though it. You will feel better finishing it then giving up.
