Size 28 to a 12

I went pants shopping the other day and brought a size 16. My husband said they are big and I said well give me a few weeks and I can fit into a 14.

Well yesterday I go pants shopping for a 14 just to have goal pants. I try them on and sure enough they fit. They were a little lose but they fit.

So I return my 16s today for some 12s. I was thinking goal pants right. Wrong they fit even better then the 14s lol.

So now back to the store to return the 14s for a size 10. I need goal pants. I have a size 11 but they are still to small right now. Here in a few weeks those 10s and 11s will be fitting me great.

Never thought I would ever get to a size 12 weighing at 215lbs.

Happy birthday to me

I weighed in on my 29th birthday and got to see 219lbs oh yea baby. That is the second best birthday gift ever.

My wonderful husband surprised me with telling me in November I can take the spin certification class. Woot woot all my weight loss goals and dreams are coming true. So hopefully after I finish this 8hr class I will be able to find a good spin job at one of the gyms around my house. I am super excited.

Next goal is 15lbs before November. I want to be 205 before the spin class. I know I can do this. I have done so much in a year that this will be easy.

Ramadan is almost over.

I set a goal for the month of Ramadan to either stay at my current weight or to lose 5lbs. The past ramadan's I have always gained 10lbs. The food is just too good and really heavy. The sweets are just good and you don't sop at one.

So this Ramadan I lost 10lbs. How? I didn't eat the traditional food. I ate what I cooked, I ate meat and a veggie. I watched every single thing that entered my mouth. I did eat a few sweets but not to many and I made sure to toss out any extra's.

So next week Ramadan is over and I am happy to say my new weight is 220lbs. Now moving on to my next goal.
