Ramadan is almost over.

I set a goal for the month of Ramadan to either stay at my current weight or to lose 5lbs. The past ramadan's I have always gained 10lbs. The food is just too good and really heavy. The sweets are just good and you don't sop at one.

So this Ramadan I lost 10lbs. How? I didn't eat the traditional food. I ate what I cooked, I ate meat and a veggie. I watched every single thing that entered my mouth. I did eat a few sweets but not to many and I made sure to toss out any extra's.

So next week Ramadan is over and I am happy to say my new weight is 220lbs. Now moving on to my next goal.
